AMA Pro Racing Increases Emphasis on Future Growth

Company to Invest in Executive Personnel; David Atlas Assumes Role as Chief Business Development Officer

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (May 8, 2012) - On the strength of continued growth, AMA Pro Racing has announced a reorganization that will allow for an increased concentration on business development and an investment in executive personnel.

During the reorganization process, day-to-day supervision of AMA Pro Racing's business divisions will be continued by the individual department heads with guidance from David Atlas, as needed, and the company's Managing Member Board, consisting of long-time motorsports executives Chris Harris and Tom Bledsoe, as well as Atlas. The Managing Member Board is initiating a search for a President, to lead AMA Pro Racing into a new era of growth.

Atlas, who has been central to the current success of AMA Pro Racing while acting as the company's Chief Operating Officer, has assumed the role of Chief Business Development Officer. In this new role, Atlas will continue to build on the company's existing relationships with promoters, sponsors, television and OEMs, creating innovative and mutually-beneficial partnership opportunities which are considered vital to the long-term growth of professional motorcycle racing.

"Over the past three years, we have worked tirelessly as a team and I am so proud of the company that we have become, and the growth which we have achieved," Atlas said. "With these changes, we are making our operation stronger by investing more effort in future growth opportunities, our motorsports relationships and operating more efficiently. I will now be able to concentrate more on these important opportunities and relationships and cultivating business sectors and potential customers which we have not previously had the resources to fully prospect."
