(August 2, 2012) - AMA Pro Racing officials announced today that the Hyatt Regency New Orleans will be the host venue for the GEICO Motorcycle AMA Pro Road Racing 2012 season awards celebration. Following the October 5-7 season finale at NOLA Motorsports Park, the Triumph Big Kahuna New Orleans presented by Dunlop Tire and LeoVince, the Series will gather together at the beautiful hotel in downtown New Orleans on Monday evening, October 8, 2012. The semi-formal gathering will commemorate the champion riders and top performers in AMA Pro National Guard SuperBike, AMA Pro GoPro Daytona SportBike, AMA Pro Motorcycle-Superstore.com SuperSport and the AMA Pro Vance & Hines XR1200 Series. In addition to rider awards, top entrants, manufacturers and mechanics will also be lauded and all AMA Pro Racing riders, teams, industry members and officials are invited to attend.
